Graduation Requirements To earn a diploma from Vista del Lago High School, you must satisfactorily complete the required course of study, earn at least 225 credits, and pass the CAHSEE tests in language arts and math. In addition, a student must have met ALL the graduation requirements prior to the date of graduation in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

In addition to earning credits, students will also be required to obtain a passing score on the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE). In order to move from one grade level to the next, students are expected to earn a minimum number of credits.
